 Our story begins long before our first window was ever installed. Yan worked as an engineer and owned a small grocery store that served his local community. Engineering taught him precision. The grocery store taught him, people. Together, they shaped a man who understood that exceptional work is built on both skill and relationships.
Behind that shop counter, Yan learned how to listen, solve problems quickly, treat every person with respect, and earn trust one conversation at a time. When he immigrated to Canada in the early 1980s, he carried those lessons with him, along with one goal: to give his family a better life.
After a short time working for window companies, Yan realized he could offer something different: engineering‑level accuracy paired with genuine, human‑centered service. So he started his own company, one job at a time, one customer at a time, building the future he envisioned for his family.
Today, his son Avi proudly continues that mission. With experience as a Project Manager, Property Manager, and hands‑on Window & Door Installer, Avi brings a rare blend of technical expertise, real‑world building knowledge, and a perfectionist’s eye for detail. He grew up watching his father work with integrity and heart, and he brings that same standard to every project.
